We take on around twenty properties a year. That's a deliberate ceiling - it means every house gets photographed properly, priced honestly, and shown by someone who has actually walked the property line.
On the buying side it means we'll tell you when a house is wrong for you, even when it's ours. We've talked more than one client out of an offer and we'd do it again.
